Held during All Abilities Month ??, AUT2Move encourages participants of all ages and abilities ????????? to get moving—whether it’s walking ??, rolling ??, dancing ??, stretching ??, or any form of physical activity that feels right for them. ?
This challenge is more than just movement—it's a statement ??. Every step ??, stretch ??, or stride ????? helps shine a light ?? on the importance of accessibility, understanding, and community support ?? for people of all abilities.
Together, we move to break down barriers ??, build connections ??, and create a more inclusive world ??.

Participants will dive into the fundamentals of wheelchair basketball:
