Event Description:
If you have a pre-exsiting health condition like high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or have had a strok, this six-week class will help you feel whole. We'll start and end the series by providing a complimentary health assessment ad you'll learn about food choices, grocery shopping , food prepaatin, excercise and much more. You'll also receive a $10 produce voucher per family every week.This class ia a partnership between AdvntHealth Zpehyrhills and the University of Florida's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences. Space is limited.
