Walmart Health in Zephyrhills is offering Chair Yoga beginning Aug 22nd to Sept. 26th @ 3pm. This is a 6 week chair yoga class for all ages and levels. This class is great for individuals who work or study in front of a computer for long periods of time and for those who are limited to floor yoga. If you experience back pain, sciatic discomfort, tightness in your joints and muscles or arthritis this class is for you. There is NO cost to participate.
